Utica and Carthage.
At first I was thinking Utica would be a brother, but then when I mention it t my friend, she promptly take it that Utica would be a woman. I don’t know why. However, after that I can’t think of Utica as a guy anymore.
Either way, Utica was a Phoenician colony that was northwest of Carthage, and was there earlier,. So she was Carthage’s older sister. Later, she fell under his power, but exist as an allied, not a colony.
I think she would have been a lady whom Carthage honored and respect. But everyone else paid her less attention than Carthage, and she was nowhere nearly as rich. In the end she defect to Rome in the most dire time, the 3rd Punic war. I don’t know how much difference would it have made if she had stay loyal, but I want to think that her defection played part in Carthage’s death.
After that, Utica became the capital of the Roman African province.
It sounded so….cliche? like a TV drama ahahaha….. orz.
I need to do something to make Carthage’s face not like Rome’s uh……God blessed my anime style no wonder I can’t get a job.
